RV Repair Men Return & Refund Policy Effective Date: March 2026 (Last updated: March 5, 2026)
At RV Repair Men (based in Azle, Texas), we stand behind every product and part we sell. If you're not 100% satisfied for any reason, we'll make it right with a full 90-day return or refund window — no questions asked (as long as the item qualifies).
90-Day Return & Refund Window
You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to return any item for:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- An exchange for a different size/color/item, or
- Store credit (often the fastest option)
The 90-day clock starts on the delivery date shown on your tracking.
What Qualifies for Return
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- We inspect every return — items that pass inspection get processed quickly.
What Does NOT Qualify (Exceptions)
These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized, personalized, or installed RV parts (e.g., engraved items, cut-to-fit hoses, or any part that has been mounted)
- Opened consumables or chemical products (e.g., oils, cleaners, sealants, adhesives, or RV roof coatings)
- Used, installed, or damaged items (unless proven defective — see below)
- Clearance, closeout, or “final sale” marked items
- Digital downloads, gift cards, or repair services
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 90 days and we’ll:
- Cover the return shipping, or
- Send a free replacement immediately (whichever you prefer)
How to Start a Return or Refund
- Email us at andrew@rvrepairmen.com with your order number and reason (optional).
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship it to: RV Repair Men Attn: Returns – RMA #[number] 14151 FM 730N, Building 600 Azle, TX 76020
Important: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for proof of delivery.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3–5 business days), we’ll process your refund.
- Refunds appear on your card/bank within 5–10 business days (depends on your bank).
- Store credit or exchanges are issued immediately upon approval.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (standard industry practice).
Exchanges
Want a different item instead? Just let us know in your return request — we’ll ship the new one as soon as we receive the old one (no extra shipping charge on our end for most exchanges).
