RV Repair Men Shipping Policy Effective Date: March 5, 2026 (Last updated: March 5, 2026)
At RV Repair Men we know how important it is to get your RV parts fast. We process and ship in-stock items within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) so you can get back on the road quickly.
Order Processing Time
- In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 2 business days of when your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
- Backordered or special-order items: We will email you with an estimated ship date (usually 5–14 days). You can cancel for a full refund if you prefer.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx (whichever gives you the best combination of speed and price). Estimated transit times after your order ships:

International orders: Available to select countries. Transit times are 7–21 days depending on customs. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.
Exact delivery dates are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. These are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- We do not mark up shipping charges.
- Free shipping is available on select orders (shown automatically at checkout when you qualify).
Tracking & Delivery
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track it anytime on our website or with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “delivered” by the carrier.
Shipping Address Changes
We can change the shipping address only if the order has not yet been processed. Contact us immediately at andrew@rvrepairmen.com.
